想到澎湖的特色食材,不外乎海鮮、仙人掌、風茹,我們希望可以用另一個角度,帶領大家品嚐澎湖風味。用伏特加浸漬海鮮,用琴酒舒肥風茹草、蒸餾仙人掌,結合經典調酒的作法,精心調製一杯杯的澎湖風味調酒。
When you think of Penghu, seafood, cactus, and fengru grass come to mind. We take these familiar tastes and turn them into cocktails you’ve never tried before. From vodka infused with seafood to gin slow-cooked with fengru grass, and cactus distilled into fresh spirits—every drink is made to bring a piece of the island to you.
